Providing the best service to its customers is always the priority of IPT. Therefore IPT organized the “Oil Change Training Sessions’’ at some of its stations in order to ensure the best service for customers.
The training included a review of the steps that the technical team has to follow during the oil change process, which include welcoming the customer, briefing the customer about Elf lubricants and the relevant specifications for different types of cars, filling the reservoir in a correct way, checking that the process fully completed, and updating the oil booklet among other steps.
The training aims to provide a complete and professional oil change service at IPT stations, ensuring customer satisfaction through the best care for our clients’ cars.
